October is Breast Cancer TAKE ACTION Month!

How did you take action in October?

It only takes one person to start a movement. Chris Spielman, former Ohio State and NFL football great and co-founder of the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research kick-started this movement by matching all donations made to the Spielman Fund (up to $10,000) during the month of October.

You can easily demonstrate your dedication to advancing not just breast cancer awareness but breast cancer research by making a donation to the Spielman Fund and encouraging others to do the same. Take Action today by making a gift.

GO PINK WITH KROGER THIS MONTH
The Kroger Company again supported the Spielman Fund. Each October, Kroger holds a Pink Ribbon campaign in stores during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During the campaign, shoppers may purchase a pink ribbon for $1 that goes to supporting breast cancer research at the OSUCCC – James. In addition, Kroger helps to highlight merchandise from manufacturers that donate a portion of proceeds to breast cancer causes. Customers can easily identify those items on store shelves during Breast Cancer Awareness Month thanks to Kroger’s specialty tags.
