Family HealthLink:Cancer and Coronary Risk Assessment Tool

Family HealthLink is a free Web site that will help you learn more about your risk for both cancer and coronary heart disease (CHD) based on your personal and family health history. Cancer and CHD are the two most common causes of death in the United States. Family HealthLink will help you and your family with screening and prevention efforts for these two common diseases.

To access Family HealthLink, go to https://familyhealthlink.osumc.edu

Please try to gather as much health information as possible before using the tool. It will be helpful to know the health status of your relatives on both sides of your family. This includes parents, siblings, children, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandparents and grandchildren. Knowing your family health history can help you and your family lead
smarter, healthier lives.
