Summertime Fruit Salad

½ c. orange juice
¼ c. honey
2 c. strawberries
1 c. raspberries
1 c. blueberries
2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments
½ cantaloupe, cut into balls
½ honeydew melon, cut into balls
Mint leaves

In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice and honey. Add fruit and toss gently to combine. Chill one hour. Spoon salad into four individual serving bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
