1 package 4” wontons
1 package each of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries (cut into halves)
1 package mascarpone cheese
1 bottle agave syrup
1 bottle balsamic glaze
1. Bake wontons
on parchment paper at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until crisp. Let cool.
2. Mix 1 container mascarpone cheese with 1 oz. agave syrup. Combine berries in large bowl.
3. Place 1 teaspoon of mascarpone mix on plate for wonton to hold. Top with berry mix. Add another teaspoon of cheese mix, top with wonton, more berries, teaspoon of cheese, top with wonton. Dust with powdered sugar and pour a small amount of balsamic glaze around napoleon.
