Healthy-But-Hearty Chili

Combine the following items in a crock-pot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Enjoy with Comforting Cornbread.

1 cup cooked black beans
2 cups fat-free reduced sodium beef broth
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped onion with garlic
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup or 15 oz can corn, drained
2 chopped tomatoes 15 oz can (crushed)
8 oz cooked ground chuck
1 ½ tablespoons salsa
1 teaspoon each Chili powder
Tortilla chips for garnish
