Spicy Lime and Cilantro Turkey Fajitas

1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound turkey tenderloins
1 lime
4 pita pockets
shredded lettuce

Sour cream sauce:
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 can green chilies (4-ounce)
1 tomato, diced

Combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, fennel seeds, thyme and white pepper. Rub mixture over turkey; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Prepare sour cream sauce and refrigerate. Prepare grill and cook turkey for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Turn tenderloins during cooking. Place on a clean plate and sqeeze lime juice over tenderloins. Slice into 1/4-inch pieces. To serve, fill pita with turkey and top with sauce. Add shredded lettuce.
