How do I schedule an appointment for a patient?
If you are a physician referring a patient to an oncology specialist at Ohio State's James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, please refer to our online check list. Then call The James Line New Patient Referral Center at (614) 293-5066 or toll-free 1-800-293-5066, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our referral center nurses will work with you, your office and your patient to arrange for a timely appointment.
All new patients will also receive an information packet explaining more about their first visit and The James.
