2. Full details of the problem
3. Short and long term impacts to research (especially if urgent)
4. Your name and the name of you lab manager.

(ELECTRICAL OUTAGE, HEATING OR COOLING FAILURE, MAJOR WATER LEAK)
- Call the emergency dispatcher at 614-293-8645! Tell them it is an emergency!
- Also call the CCC Operations Team listed below in order of priority.
- Do not simply leave a message. Make sure you actually speak to someone.
