Communication issues associated with cancer prevention and control

Research Description

Dr. Katz’s research focuses on communication issues associated with cancer prevention and control, with a concentration on improving the health of minority and underserved populations by informing and influencing decision making to improve an individual’s health.  Her current research projects focus on improving colon cancer screening rates and developing HPV vaccine educational interventions
