Research Description

Dr. Chen's interests include research in investigations of the mechanism(s) through which natural food products (i.e., black raspberries and strawberries) prevent esophageal cancer in a carcinogen-induced animal model and human clinical trials. She collaborate with other faculties on campus to develop effective chemoprevention of esophageal cancer with natural food products.
