Request Process

The BBR Operates under the following methods for sample distribution:

  1. IRB Approval – IRB Approval letter required from the IRB

  2. IRB Exemption – IRB Exemption letter required from the IRB

  3. The Office of Responsible Research Practices (ORRP) Non-human subjects determination – The BBR is not currently distributing under this function – ORRP non-human subjects determination letter required. This will allow investigators to receive de-identified data from the Information Warehouse (IW) Honest Broker. Honest Broker data requests are a one-time data request.
