Leukemia SPORE Grant

Grant Number: P50 CA140158
Experimental Therapeutics of Leukemia

The Ohio State University has been granted support for a Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE) in leukemia. The focus and goal of this program is highly translational research that improves our understanding of leukemia development, risk stratification and therapy.

Central to the success of this SPORE is a cadre of senior investigators who have worked together for years to identify new prognostic factors and treatments for different types of leukemia.

The Ohio State University SPORE in Leukemia focuses on developing novel, individualized therapies focused on the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
