The Pain and Palliative Medicine team at The James offers consultation for controlling persistent pain and treatment of symptoms including fatigue, weakness, nausea and vomiting, constipation or diarrhea, depression, shortness of breath as well as psychological issues associated with chronic illness or disease.
The Pain and Palliative team consists of professionals from various specialties with expertise in disease process, treatment options and pain/symptom management. The team works together to ensure each patient receives the most appropriate, personalized treatment available.
