Frontiers 2014

Our fifth annual Pelotonia bicycling event, held in August, attracted a record 6,723 riders from 41 states and nine countries, plus 3,451 virtual riders and more than 2,300 volunteers.

On July 1, Michael V. Drake, MD, became Ohio State’s 15th president. Dr. Drake is a tremendously accomplished and dynamic individual who came to Ohio State after serving nine years as chancellor at the University of California, Irvine.

I find it amazing that Pelotonia, our annual grassroots bicycle tour to raise money for cancer research at the OSUCCC – James, will turn 6 years old in August.
