Ohio State’s Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute would not be able to make the meaningful strides in research and treatment in support of the vision of creating a cancer-free world if it were not for the tremendous support received from the community. Once again this October, there was an incredible outpouring of support for the OSUCCC – James and the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Thanks to the support of our Community Partners who hosted over 125 events, nearly $1 million was raised for the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research and Stefanie Spielman Patient Assistance Fund at the OSUCCC – James.
These are merely a few highlights of the record-breaking fundraising month. Learn more about the outstanding efforts of our James Community Partners on page 16 and at www.go.osu.edu/JamesCommunityPartners.
