The store offers custom wigs from the largest on-site wig inventory in central Ohio, breast prostheses and pocketed bras for all breast surgeries, along with an in-store fitter to ensure customers have a comfortable experience.

“[Hope’s goal is to] help you feel good after your major surgery or after your cancer diagnosis and to help you get your life back,” says Kathi Robbins, manager of Hope’s Boutique.

The inspiration for Hope’s Boutique came from Wendy Avner, a two-time breast cancer survivor, who thought of a “one-stop shop concept” for women experiencing their own breast cancer battle. And 23 years later, Hope’s continues that mission, providing a comfortable atmosphere where women can select important products related to their cancer treatment, as well as for their personal needs.

In 2020, Hope’s Boutique expanded to The James, and it recently began offering a selection of merchandise online.

When thinking about the impact of having a space like Hope’s Boutique available to our cancer patients and survivors, Robbins likes to say, “The doctors will help save your life, and Hope’s Boutique will help you live your life.”
