Polydots: Brain Cancer Treatment of the Future

Delivering cancer treatment with something called Polydots could well be the way brain cancer is treated in the future – it’s like sending a personalized treatment package with a specific tracking number. In development right now by the research experts at the OSUCCC – James, these small particles – about 100 million would fit in a single strand of hair – are coated with special chemicals, then can serve as the direct “ride” for drug treatments to be sent directly to the targeted brain cancer tumors.
