Just as physical exercise strengthens the body, mindfulness practices strengthen your ability to focus and to be present in the moment. Discover how using mindfulness techniques can equip you to more effectively handle whatever challenges come your way. You will practice mindful eating during lunch, experience a mindful walk, and learn about other practical mindfulness-related tools, insights, and resources.
