Regular physical activity is an important lifestyle practice following a cancer diagnosis and can be accomplished in many ways.  Join us for a fun morning at OSU Outdoor Adventure Center and try Indoor Rock Wall Climbing as a creative way of exercising, connecting with other young cancer survivors and experience how challenging yourself can be part of the healing process.  Program is designed for all skill and fitness ability(beginners welcome!) and facilitated by climbing experts with a James physical therapist present. 

Space is limited to one Young Survivor (18-39 years old) and one other adult.  Program is offered free of charge. Space is limited. 

JamesCare for Life Young Survivor Meet Up programs focus on building social connection and a community of young survivors (18-39 years old) and developing healthy lifestyle practices that aid wellness and coping. Programs are held at various locations and sporting events in the community.
