I’m a physician assistant who specializes in caring for patients with blood cancers. My current role at the OSUCCC – James involves assisting with bone marrow transplants and treating patients undergoing cellular therapy. I love my job at The James because everyone is committed to enhancing patient care and improving outcomes. It’s inspiring to be part of such an incredible team. I chose this career because I’m passionate about helping patients return to their normal lives and leave cancer in the rear-view mirror. It’s also amazing to be involved with innovative clinical trials designed to help cure cancer for good. In addition, my role involves helping educate students and advanced practice provider fellows. I’m also a member of professional organizations including the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy and the American Academy of Physician Associates.
