Our research maintains a singular focus: the patient.
We seek to ask clinical questions through which we can overcome cancer drug resistance and identify new targets/treatments for patients with cancer. Our research is inherently translational by studying patient samples, linking clinical characteristics, and focusing on patient outcomes with a goal for rapid clinical application.
Our research areas include:
- Application of novel genomic technologies in patient and clinical trial samples.
- Answering emerging clinical questions by interrogating existing ‘omic datasets.
- Evolutionary profiling of tumors over time and in response to therapy.
- Association of environmental exposures with tumor and microenvironmental features.
