The OSUCCC – James is one of only 53 comprehensive cancer centers in the United States as designated by the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
Our experts include more than 300 cancer researchers representing 11 of the 15 colleges at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA. Additionally, our 200 subspecialized oncologists team up to translate laboratory and clinical studies into innovative targeted treatments that lead to improved outcomes, faster responses, fewer side effects and more hope.
Patients have access to advanced treatment procedures performed only at the OSUCCC – James by internationally recognized cancer specialists. As one of only a few cancer centers in the country funded by the NCI to conduct both phase I and phase II clinical trials on novel anticancer agents, we offer access to some of the country’s most advanced clinical trials, ensuring that additional options, when needed, are available for patient care.
In fact, the OSUCCC – James offers patients access to more clinical trials than nearly any other cancer hospital in the region and more of the most targeted treatment options, many of which are available only here.
