Kosher and Halal Food

Learn more about the kosher and halal food options available in our hospitals and throughout the Columbus, Ohio area.

    In addition to the items that we provide patients in their rooms, we have the following kosher meals and side items, brands included:

    • Stuffed Cabbage With Meat in Tomato Garlic Sauce (Glatt Kosher), by Meal Mart (family pack contains six rolls)
    • Linguini Pasta With Chinese Style Vegetables, by Mon Cuisine

    • Chicken Mediterranean in Seasoned Sauce With Rice Pilaf, by Mon Cuisine

    To order these meals, your nutrition aide will come to your room to get your meal order. These items will be heated in a brand new, never used microwave marked "For Kosher Meals Only."

    Meals will be delivered to you, sealed and with the original packaging included..

    Chefs and servers will perform hand hygiene and put on fresh gloves prior to preparing your meals. Any additional sides you would like to have through us — mixed fresh fruit, whole fruit, salads, etc. — will be prepared with and served in disposable containers.

    Please know that we take your needs very seriously. If there is anything additional we can do, please don’t hesitate to contact your nutrition or nursing teams.
