Legacy 2008

Message from Stefanie

Autumn greetings! Where does the time go? Summer already feels so long ago, but I’d like to share a highlight from July. I had my 10-year anniversary of being diagnosed with cancer. No celebration, no parties were needed…just the satisfaction of knowing how much has changed for the better since I was originally diagnosed. There are many new and improved treatment options now and news about cancer research finds its way in the media on a regular basis.

I am so thankful to have been given these past 10 years to focus on raising my children and also raising money for our breast cancer research fund. We have accomplished so much with your help and there’s still so much we can do.

You will find this newsletter full of exciting events that continue to take place and build our fund over the $5 million mark. Have you grabbed your Tailgating Cookbook at Kroger yet?

We’ve also listened to you and are making ourselves more available on the web. You can find us more easily at www.spielmanfund.com. We plan to keep it user-friendly and make it easy to track all that the Spielman Fund is doing throughout Ohio.

Until next time,
Stefanie
