COLUMBUS, Ohio – ESPN analyst and cancer advocate Will Reeve will serve as keynote speaker for the fourth annual Breath of Hope Gala, a fundraising celebration to raise funds for lung cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James). Breath of Hope has raised $416,500 for lung cancer research at the OSUCCC – James since 2015. These funds have been used to purchase six new pieces of technology/equipment for lung cancer research and to support the recruitment and research initiatives of top lung cancer experts at the OSUCCC – James. Reeve lost his mother, Dana Reeve, to lung cancer 12 years ago. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Reeve Family Foundation, a charitable organization established in honor of his late parents Christopher and Dana Reeve, which supports neurologic research and other philanthropic efforts of personal significance to the family. The 2018 event will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at L Brands, 3 Limited Parkway, Columbus, Ohio.
