Maddocks is a professor of clinical internal medicine in hematology at the Ohio State College of Medicine. She currently serves as director of the Lymphoma Program, medical director of infusion services and associate division director for ambulatory operations in hematology at the OSUCCC – James. She has also served as associate chief medical officer and holds leadership roles within the OSUCCC – James Medical Staff Administrative Committee, including chief of staff. Her work spans clinical care, operations and program development, with a focus on improving systems that support both patients and care teams. A nationally and internationally engaged physician-scientist, Maddocks is an active member of leading professional organizations and contributes broadly to the field through clinical research leadership and national service. She currently serves as the chair of the OSUCCC – James Clinical Scientific Review Committee. Maddocks completed her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Ohio State following her residency and internship at Mayo Clinic.
