Requests must be submitted a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to the date of the event.
For mobile health units, requests must be submitted a minimum of ninety (90) business days prior to the date of the event. Learn more about the services offered by our mobile health units.
Requests are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests can be filled.
