The Cancer and Aging Resiliency (CARE) clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic designed to address the unique needs of older adults with cancer. The clinic incorporates innovative aging research paired with subspecialty evaluations by a nurse, pharmacist, case manager, nutritionist, physical therapist, audiologist and physician all in one visit.
The multidisciplinary clinic provides patients with a treatment plan based on an assessment of their:
- Caregiver and Safety Concerns
- Physical Function
- Cancer Symptom Management
- Cancer Survivorship
The clinic will coordinate care with each patients’ primary oncologist.
