For the OSUCCC – James experts, your care and well-being are just as important to us after you return home as they are during your stay with us here.
That is why our Destination Medicine Global Health Care team will prepare a finalized folder for you that contains all of your medical records, imaging studies, any additional notes that you received under our care and appointment reminders for your follow-up care.
Your personal Destination Medicine Global Health Care Liaison will also show you how you can personally access all of your electronic medical information via MyChart.
If pathology samples were requested for your care at the OSUCCC – James, we will return them for you if you would like.
Post-Care Follow-Up & Contact
After your care at the OSUCCC – James is complete, your Destination Medicine Global Health Care team members will still contact you periodically, ensuring a smooth, comfortable transition from hospital to home.
Post-Care Billing Information
After all of your medical appointments and treatments are completed, the Destination Medicine Global Health Care team will review all billing charges and, if additional amounts are owed, we will send you a final bill.
If reimbursement is needed, our team will ensure you receive that as well.
