Wounds and Injuries, Sarcoma, Cystic Fibrosis, Venous Thrombosis, hemorrhage, Embolism, Nausea, Ischemia

Dr. Jones' research interests center on models for mouse models, functional screens and classification approaches for attributing oncogenic and tumor potential of mutations identified in genomic screens and clinical sequencing assays. Specific model system are PTEN-haploinsufficient colon cancer and TET2-mutated hematopoiesis.
