Gerard Lozanski, MD, is a member of the Leukemia Research Program at the OSUCCC – James. He also serves as director of hematopathology and as director of the Clinical Flow Cytometry Laboratory at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

One of his recent research projects offers a rationale for combination therapy of Fc-engineered antibodies, such as BI 836858, with azanucleosides in senior citizens with acute myeloid leukemia.

Dr. Lozanski has co-authored many articles in such well-known publications as Blood, Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation, American Journal of Hematology and Leukemia.
