Grzegorz Rempala, PhD, is a member of the Molecular Biology and Cancer Genetics Program at the OSUCCC – James, where his research focuses on mathematical methods relevant to clinical treatment as well as public health. One of his recent projects has potential clinical relevance as it details how RNAs with robust allele selective expression are a means of discovery for cis-acting regulatory factors. His other recent work has mathematically described the process of glioma invasion, providing new perspective on different treatment options. Dr. Rempala has co-authored many articles in well-respected scientific journals, including BMC Genomics, Biosensors and Mathematical Biosciences and Engineering.
