Dr. Perry’s cancer-relevant research interests include cancer prevention through treatment of Barrett’s Esophagus (BE), and prevention, surgical treatment, and outcome improvement of esophageal cancer (ECA), gastric cancer, and pancreatic cancer. His cancer research interest extends from collaboration with basic scientists, in vivo studies to perfect surgical technique and improve patient outcomes, to clinical trials and cohort/case-control studies.
