Molecular Carcinogenesis and Chemoprevention

Moray Campbell, PhD, is a member of the Molecular Carcinogenesis and Chemoprevention Program at the OSUCCC – James, where his research explores the distortion of transcription in prostate and breast cancer to improve diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutics.

Specifically, he focuses on nuclear hormone receptor signaling and the selective distortion of receptor transcription programs by epigenomic mechanisms.

One of his recent research projects explored using next-generation and advanced genomic platforms in identification of androgen receptor-dependent gene signatures that drive prostate cancer progression.

Dr. Campbell has co-authored over 80 articles in well-respected publications, including Carcinogenesis, Nucleic Acids Research, Nuclear Receptor Research and Epigenetics.
