Susheela Tridandapani, PhD, is a member of the Leukemia Research Program at the OSUCCC – James, where her research focuses on molecular mechanisms of innate immune responses to bacterial pathogens and immunoglobulin G complexes.In particular, she is interested in the context of monoclonal antibody therapy for cancer. One of her recent studies indicates that IFNy-production therapies could be effective adjuvants for antibody therapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Dr. Tridandapani has co-authored many articles in well-known publications, including Cancer Immunology Research, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Journal of Immunology and Journal of Leukocyte Biology.
