More info forAs a member of the Translational Therapeutics Program at the OSUCCC – James, Bhuvaneswari Ramaswamy, MD, is focused on improving outcomes in breast cancer through addressing drug resistance and cancer disparities.
One of her current projects focuses on the relationship between prolonged breastfeeding and the risk of developing triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
Dr. Ramaswamy is the principal investigator of multiple clinical trials and the recipient of several research grants. She has also co-authored many articles in well-respected journals, including Cancer Research, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of Clinical Investigation, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Breast Cancer Research, Annals of Surgical Oncology, The Oncologist and Investigational New Drugs.
