David Cohn, MD, is a member of the Translational Therapeutics Program at the OSUCCC – James, where his research focuses on identifying biomarkers for early detection and prevention of ovarian cancer, as well as on the genetics of endometrial (uterine) cancer.

Through Dr. Cohn’s research, his team has identified important signaling pathways in ovarian cancer and has changed the paradigms for screening for hereditary endometrial cancer.

Dr. Cohn has co-authored over 200 articles that have appeared in important publications in the field of gynecologic cancer, including Journal of Clinical Oncology, Oncogene, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.
