James Oncology and Acute Critical Care Fellowship Programs for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
As the only cancer program in the country that features a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center aligned with a nationally ranked academic medical center and a freestanding cancer hospital on the campus of a large public university, the OSUCCC – James provides an exciting professional learning environment that fosters excellence in patient care, education and research.
Our Relationship-Based Care Model, in combination with evidence-based clinical care, is the foundation of our fellowship program. The year-long fellowship includes both clinical and didactic study that covers the continuum of cancer care, from prevention and early detection through active treatment and on to survivorship and/or end-of-life care. During the fellowship program, participants will develop core oncology knowledge that will enable them to practice independently in any oncology setting while also having the opportunity to pursue a disease-specific area of focus.
Mission
